Robert Brams, President When Bob started BMI over 27 years ago he combined his love of scientific equipment and business. He has always valued building strong relationships with customers and vendors. Although the industry has changed over the years, and he embraces all the new technology that drives his business now, he maintains that a phone call is the best form of communication. Bob attended Suffolk University and has become an expert in the purchase and sale of used scientific equipment. |

Jacki Creed Ebone, General Manager Jacki joined us in 2010 to run the operation. She has helped put together a team of individuals and put procedures in place to ensure our success in handling product from the time it enters the building until it arrives safely in our customer's hands. She has an extensive background in negotiation, mediation, auditing, and customer service and owned a consulting business with 22 employees. Jacki graduated from College of the Holy Cross in 1986 and completed post-graduate accounting and small business courses at Northeastern University. |  |
Eireen Brams, Wantlist Sales Eireen, Bob's Mother, started a food processing business with Bob's Father, Dan Brams, in 1953. She handled sales, marketing and public relations. They eventually sold the business and retired to Florida. At the tender age of 71, she decided to become a social worker and earned her degree from Florida Atlantic University. She worked as a Geriatric Case Manager for 13 years and retired a second time. She joined BMI 3 years ago and is in charge of dealer sales through the Wantlist Eireen states working with her son every day is a joy and a challenge! |  |
D. Robin Smith, Sales Robin has been very successful in her career building relationships with customers and selling. She is resourceful, with a unique ability to research our products, figure out their application, and then reach out to new customers that may need them. She joined us in 2011 and has been a great addition to our staff. |
