As surplus equipment brokers we are receiving new and varied inventory on a daily basis. You many search our secondary website, www.bmisurplus.com for all the items we have put into inventory to date or call us at (800) 287-8868 (domestic) / 781-871-8868 (international) to inquire about items not yet posted online. Even if we don't have it in stock we'll make every effort to help you source the part.

Pricing

BMI Surplus, Inc is committed to offering competitive pricing and exceptional customer service to our clients.

Purchases within Massachusetts are subject to an additional charge of 6.25% sales tax.

Warranty

Due to the nature of the business only a small percentage of items are tested and guaranteed. All items are sold "untested" and "as is" unless otherwise stated. BMI Surplus, Inc warrants that you will receive the items as picture and/or described in the listing. The Condition (star system) of the items refers only to the physical appearance of an item and not it's functionality.

Returns

All items ordered from BMI Surplus, Inc are final sale.

If BMI Surplus, Inc ships you an item other than what you ordered please let us know within 3 business days or receipt. We will arrange the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the ordered part to be shipped at our expense. All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip and written documentation of why the item is being returned. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange.

In any instance in which we make an exception to the return policy there will be a 15% restocking fee and the seller will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Shipping

We offer a variety of shipping options through FedEx and USPS. We strongly recommend shipping via FedEx. Shipping confirmations are emailed to clients at the time of shipment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an item is shipped.

Orders are generally processed with 2 business days. Clients will be notified if there is a further delay. Ground shipments generally arrive within 5 business days but may take up to 10 days. Faster delivery options are available, including Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day services.

Items weighing more than 150 lbs and oversized items are shipped via Freightquote.com. All freight charges are paid directly to freightquote.com. In most instances we can have items ready for pick-up within 12 hours of payment. You may contact Mistie Parker at (800) 323-5441 ext 1779 to make the payment.

Again, we make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt (except Saturday, Sunday & Holidays). You will be notified via email or telephone if there are any extended delays due to merchandise availability, seasonal volume, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer shipping across the globe. Shipping rates reflect the actual shipping costs. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Some inventory is available only to our US clients due to government restrictions. Please understand that all orders for restricted products will be canceled.

Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer shipping discounts through our online mailing list. Sign up to receive our emails through constant contact in order to receive notifications of special promotions.

Lost & Damaged Goods

All items shipped via FedEx services are covered for the full value of the product cost. Customers may file a claim with FedEx within the guidelines set by FedEx. We are happy to help facilitate the resolution of this claim in any way possible.

Customers who are looking for a cost conscious shipping option may choose to ship via USPS, however, we do not offer any insurance for orders lost or damaged in shipment.

Freight items are shipped with optional insurance. All freight charges are to be paid directly to freightquote.com or the freight company of the clients choosing.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via telephone at (800) 287-8868 (domestic) or (781) 871-8868 (international) to cancel your order.
