Domestic Shipping & Handling:
There is a handling fee for packaging, which is noted in each item listing. Additionally, buyers pay the actual shipping charges. All packages under 150 lbs are shipped via Federal Express. Freight quotes provided upon request for all items over 150 lbs.
International Shipping & Handling:
International clients are welcome place an order with prior approval. Please contact us via phone (781) 871-8868 or email boss@bmius.com regarding your intended purchase. There is a handling fee for packaging, which is noted in the item listing. Shipping is available through FedEx or USPS.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Return Policy:
Please look over the photos and read descriptions carefully. If you have any questions, please ask prior to ordering. Photos in the listing are of the actual item for sale unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of this business only a small percentage of the items are tested and guaranteed. In all other instances the items are sold "as is" and "as pictured". Return privileges will only be extended in those cases where the description does not match the item as received. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returns.
We take great care in securely packaging every item purchased from BMI. In the rare instance that your item appears to be damaged in transit you will need to file a claim with the carrier. All items are automatically covered up to $100.00. For items valued at over $100 supplemental insurance is available for purchase. (Our equipment is extraordinarily well packed so such instances are extremely rare)!
