Product Description
This Design Components Inc. rotary stage is worm driven. The bearings appear to be either Teflon or Delren sleeve bearings. The motor is a DCI 1024402m. There does not appear to be any other information on the table. The table must be used horizontally since it runs in an oil bath (level monitor window is recessed on the side of the housing).
Base for the table is 6 inches by 5 inches
Adapter plate affixed to the base 6 by 7.25 by 0.375 inches
Overall height including the adapter plate is 2.625 inches
Rotary hub is 1/8 inch proud of the housing and 2.250 inches in diameter
NOTE – Cap screws protrude even when adapter plate is installed
The motor adds approximately five inches to the width of the narrow side of the housing. There is no means of manual positioning. Condition is excellent.
