This is an Aerotech 20000 series table which features a linear motor drive. This type of drive provides exceptional velocity control, vibration reduction, and dynamic speed. Velocity control even in the range of 0.001% is achievable – impossible with the best ball-screw drive systems.

The table is in exceptional condition and includes all cables for motor control and encoder. There is a side-mounted cable-dress assembly that adds 3 inches to the width. The stage is the standard type without the optional encoder / motor protection cover. There appears to be an endplate missing from the stage. This would be a very easy piece to replicate. All cables are present (motor drive and encoder).
