Klinger (Newport / Micro Controle) motorized linear translation stage with way covers, UT100-50-0.1um. Stage part number with motor is 354 455.
Specifications include:
105x180mm base
32mm table height (table is 0.5mm proud of enclosure frame)
Table is 76mm wide, 78mm long
Motor mount adds 139mm to length
Nominal vertical load capacity 20 kgF
Top surface of table has 63mm square M4 bolt pattern that is compatible with module 80 systems. Stage enclosure may be mounted to other surfaces either by captive M4 screws, M4 threads, or via bridles using slots milled into either side of the enclosure. Base of enclosure has two square face-centered bolt patterns, a 63mm M4 for module 80 systems, and a 92mm M5 for module 120 systems.
The motor has been severely damaged and may not be repairable, however the stage itself is in very fine condition. You will most likely either need to replace the motor or to install a manual positioning actuator. Please see photos.
