Ealing Triangular Bench Wide Carrier with Pinion Drive

This is an Ealing carrier for triangular optical bench, part number 22-4238. The carrier is 100mm deep and 90mm wide (the widest one in the series). This carrier includes the pinion drive option. This option is useable with optical benches fitted with a nylon rack (sits in a channel on the top of the optical bench). Carrier may be clamped to the bench, and the pinion used to drive other carriers locked to the rack instead of the bench. Alternatively, the bench lock may be released, and the pinion locked – thereby becoming one of the ‘slave’ carriers. Table sits 84mm tall from base of standard 70mm triangular bench. The carrier is in excellent condition and includes the clamping screws. Color may be either black or gray (most instrumentation we have in the Ealing optical bench product line tends to be gray).
