Product Description
This is an Ardel Kinematic Precision gimbal mount. The mirror or optic cell is 12 inches inside diameter. Both azimuth and elevation are controlled by micrometer spindles that have a range of approximately 6 degrees. The elevation axis control may be released from the yoke giving a full 360 degrees of rotation, whereby the control rod may be clamped in any position for fine control. Elevation axis runs on large ball bearing supports. I was unable to find any information as far as payload capacity.

Baseplate width = 10 inches
Baseplate depth = 7 inches (truncated rear corners)
Optic axis height = 10 inches
Overall height (0-degree elevation) = 17 inches
Overall width of yoke = 17 inches
Overall depth, including micrometers = 7.5 inches
Weight, without optic = 24 pounds
The mount is in near-perfect condition.
