Product Description
This is an HP 10565A Remote Interferometer. It is one of the major components in the Hewlett-Packard Laser Interferometer Measurement System. It is based on the larger 2” cubes, and uses a 1.4” square bolt pattern for mounting. The interferometer includes the matching retroreflector (HP 10556A). The remaining three entry / exit faces of the cube appear to have ¼ lambda plates installed within them. I believe this is the standard configuration for the interferometer. No other reflectors (retro- or mirror) are included.
These components have been removed from various fixtures. They meet our requirements for first quality used interferometer components. All optical surfaces are free of blemishes and there are no gouges or distortions in any of the parts that would in any way impede accuracy of measurements. Cosmetically these components appear only lightly used, if not new. Unlike new components, however, no hardware is included.
