Newport long travel, ballscrew driven linear positioning system. Has a 5V encoder and a Zobotronics SM87 Motor. 1 um resolution. Approx. 40" of travel on a 12.5 X 7.5" base plate. Second unit has custom brackets to configure both units into an XY configuration.
