We are selling a Tokyo Electron TEL 6555 DD Unity II Oxide Etcher

This system is designed to handle 6" wafers but is still supported by the manufacturer and is upgradable.

The hard drive and software were destroyed before we took possession and will need to be purchased directly from the manufacturer.

The pumps may need to be refurbished or replaced.

We do not have the ability to test this unit.

The unit was crated in the lab in 6 crates.
