Wavelength is 193 nm. System has 2 general comm ports, 2 paddle ports, Stepper I/O and RS-232 ports as well as sync, trigger, and all external monitoring connections. Tested operational as far as limitations allow. Excellent condition. All plumbing, tubing and wiring fittings are in excellent condition.
