This Micro-Controle (Klinger) YZ positioner is most useful in a spatial filter assembly, either for positioning a pinhole aperture or for moving an objective equipped with a standard RMS Society microscope thread (M20)

Locking screw simultaneously arrests both Y and Z

Mount is in very fine condition and both differential micrometers both work properly.
