High precision, micro-positioning combination, motorized stages for movement in the XYZ axes. Y and Z stages are Newport UT-100-50-1um stages. The X axis stage is a Newport UTM 100CC1HL stage. X is mounted to Y with an anodized 5.75" X 8.75" 90 degree mounting bracket. All 3 stages are mounted on a drilled 5" X 7" anodized aluminum base.
