The UV-40 is a Standard of Spectral Irradiance is comprised of a 30-watt deutrium lamp with an ultraviolet transmitting suprasil window. The calibration standard is set for a wavelength range of 200 nm to 400 nm. This item is used for the calibration of UV radiometers and spectroradiometers or it may be used in some UV exposure tests. The unit available for purchase will most likely require calibration before use.
