Product Description
There were no markings at all on this two-element achromatic optic. The characteristics match in most details to the Melles Griot 01-LAO 667 achromat, however, at 80mm, the actual measured diameter is about 2mm less than the Melles Griot lens. Focal length was marked on tissue used to wrap the optic. There are a couple of minor edge flaws in the lens, the more serious one visible in the 1:30 position. The bright corner in the 7:30 position is actually a reflection of a light fixture.
